care and product instructions

We recommend that you handle inflatables that are operated with an internal blower with care. Make sure that there are no pointed or sharp objects nearby during assembly, use and storage to avoid damage. In the case of light soiling, cleaning with warm water and a soft sponge is usually sufficient to gently clean the material. Check the condition of the blower and the connection cables regularly to ensure trouble-free operation. Also ensure that you store them in a dry place to avoid material fatigue and possible mold formation.

After completion, your product undergoes a strict quality control to ensure that the material, safety and functionality meet the highest standards. The inflatable is then packed in a reusable transport bag to save space and shipped. For particularly complicated inflatables, you will receive detailed assembly instructions. Our customer support is also available by phone at any time - unless otherwise agreed - to help you with assembly or use.
