care and product instructions

Inflatables that are filled with air only should be handled with care. Avoid over-inflating the object to prevent unnecessary pressure on the material. Pointed or sharp objects should always be kept away to avoid damage. If the object becomes dirty, cleaning with warm water and a soft sponge is sufficient to gently clean the object. Proper storage in a cool, dry place also helps to preserve the material's integrity in the long term.

First, you contact us - either via our inquiry form, by phone or email - and receive an initial consultation in which our team of experts records your requirements, ideas and special design wishes. We then work together to develop creative concepts and create individual design drafts.

Based on this agreement, you will receive a detailed offer in which all costs for production, printing, shipping and special requests are clearly broken down. You can examine this offer at your leisure and ask questions if necessary. We will only begin production of your inflatable after you have expressly confirmed your order.

During the production phase, we will keep you regularly informed about the progress. After completion, your product undergoes a strict quality control to ensure that the material, safety and functionality meet the highest standards. The inflatable is then packed in a reusable transport bag to save space and shipped. For particularly complicated inflatables, you will receive detailed assembly instructions. Our customer support is also available by phone at any time - unless otherwise agreed - to help you with assembly or use.
